Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Product Images

  • Clear images of the issue

Our support team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by ElectroMarts.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
